We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by our Store or other parties only as an estimate. Likely you've heard about the nationwide product & staffing shortages as well as shipping carrier delays. Similar to many others we are being impacted by these challenges. This means its taking longer than usual for you to: receive your orders, receive response to requests and complete exchanges and refunds (which were not happy about either).
