Like all our other poly bags, we manufacture our reclosable bags with with the customer in mind. All our reclosable bags are manufactured with 100% virgin Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) resin. This along with the manufacturing process also allows for the reclosable bags to be FDA/USDA approved for those who need to purchase food grad zip top poly bags.

- Static Shielding Reclosable Bags: Meets ANSI/ESD S541, EIA 625 and ANS/ESD S20.20 program compliant.  Also, tested per MIL-STD-3010 4046 and ANSI/ESD STM11.11 providing Faraday Cage Protection Amine free to prevent from corroding polycarbonate materials as well as reducing static charges.

Our website has grouped the selection zip bags into easily identifiable six unique categories.  The first step is to decide which type of reclosable bags fits your needs.  This page provides the selection of the conventional zip bags used for keeping everything from food to nuts and bolts.  The other type of zipper bags with hang holes is ideal for customers that would like to showcase their products on hooks.  And for customers that need to write on their plastic zipper bags there are two solutions.  The first is the standard reclosable reclosable bags with white block if you need to write on the bag with a pen or a marker.  And the second option is our parts reclosable bags with white block.  These zip seal bags have the words “Parts” and “Quan” for quantity written on the white blocks to know what and how much has been displayed in the zip bags.   And finally for greater closure performance we also have slider top reclosable bags.  These zip top bags will have 1.75” smaller opening on top to accommodate for the slide closure.  

In addition to these selections we provide specific solutions for specialized needs.  Our pink anti-static reclosable bags (also known as PAS zipper bags) meet the requirements of MIL-PRF-81705E, Type II and EIA-541 standards.  These poly reclosable bags are made from amine free chemicals and are manufactured to reduce/prevent static decay.  

The static shield reclosable bags are made for industries that require Faraday Cage protection for highly sensitive components.  These bags though metallized are also clear for visibility.  All our static shielding plastic zipper bags meet standards of ANSI/ESDS541, EIA 625.  These bags are also compliant to meet ANSI/ESD S20.20 and also tested per MIL-STD-3010 4046 as well as ANSI/ESD STM11.11.  All static shield reclosable bags come in a standard 3 mil thickness with an external pouch to keep documents. 

For the medical industries there are three types of reclosable bags.  The biohazard specimen reclosable bags come in 3 wall structure with two styles.  Both the biohazard and chemotherapy are 2mil thickness bags with industry standard print and color.  The biohazard zip bags have a red printed biohazard warning.  Our chemotherapy zipper bags have an industry standard yellow print indicating chemotherapy drug.  The third type is the amber reclosable zipper bag which provides for UV protection for light sensitive medication or also for electronics.  These reclosable reclosable bags are USP XXII and USP XXIII procedure 66.1 for light transmission will not exceed 10% at any wavelength from 290nm to 450nm.
